CORSOL delivered a comprehensive renovation project, completed in October 2024, centred around a full loft conversion with an ensuite.

Alongside the loft works, the project included the removal of an existing chimney breast across all floors, opening up the layout and improving the flow of the property.

An additional bathroom was also refurbished, with updated plumbing, tiling, and finishes to bring it in line with the newly upgraded spaces.

The project involved detailed planning, clear sequencing of trades, and close attention to finishes throughout.

From structural works through to final fit-out, the focus remained on build quality, coordination, and delivering a cohesive result across the home.

Particular care was taken with specialist tiling works, ensuring a clean, precise finish in high-use areas.
